First of all, do you mind fixing the title as the format mentions? Secondly, I'm confused concerning with your relatives (brothers) in terms of your account usage. S.H.A is just one person using it, in other words, Hamzaali?

Nope Hamza will play SHA or he will play in EC server not in VKs

There wouldn't be no reason to including your relatives nor I can't think of a reason. Regarding your application, I wouldn't make this too hard to decide as we lacked members since the clan's resignation so therefore I'll vote for yes to include you in the clan as you were one of our oldest members in the clan and never lost your heart in it.
